Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

Eligibility

Access to and use of the ug303 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during a Member's use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. ug303 strictly prohibits access by individuals under 21. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. ug303 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where the age requirement cannot be confirmed.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise located in a jurisdiction where accessing the ug303 Platform is not prohibited by local law. You are solely responsible for determining whether use of the Platform is lawful in your location.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be acting under any legal disability, guardianship order, or other restriction that would prevent you from entering into enforceable contracts.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one registered Account on ug303. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under your own name or through aliases, family members, or third parties — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent Account closure and forfeiture of any funds held in duplicate Accounts.
• Own Funds: You confirm that all funds deposited into your ug303 Account belong to you personally, are not derived from illegal activity, and are free from any third-party claim or encumbrance.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or any other responsible gaming restriction that would prevent you from participating in online betting activity.

ug303 reserves the right to refuse registration or close an Account at any time if it determines that any eligibility condition has not been met or has ceased to be met.

Account Registration

To access ug303's betting products and services, you must register a Member Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as prompted during the registration process. The following conditions apply to Account registration:

• You must provide your real full name, a valid and active email address, a current Indonesian mobile phone number, and a date of birth that accurately reflects your actual age.
• All registration information must be truthful. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate Account closure.
• You are responsible for keeping your registration information current. If your contact details or personal information change, you must update your Account profile promptly or contact ug303 support at [email protected].
• ug303 may, at any time and without prior notice, require you to complete KYC verification by submitting copies of a valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., Indonesian KTP or passport), proof of address, and — where relevant — documentation confirming the source of funds deposited into your Account.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by ug303 may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or temporary Account restriction until verification is completed to ug303's satisfaction.
• ug303 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account. The following security obligations apply:

• You must not share your Account login credentials with any other person. ug303 will treat all activity conducted through your Account as authorised by you.
• You must select a strong, unique password and must not reuse a password from another online service. ug303 recommends updating your password regularly.
• If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify ug303 immediately at [email protected].
• ug303 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials, unless such access was caused by a failure in ug303's own security infrastructure.
• ug303 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all Platform connections. However, you are responsible for ensuring that the devices and networks you use to access ug303 are adequately secured.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ug303 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following conditions govern deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• ug303 supports deposits via Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata, OCBC NISP) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja).
• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though ug303 reserves the right to apply transaction caps at its discretion for security purposes.
• Deposits are typically credited to your Account Balance within minutes of successful payment confirmation. ug303 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or bank processing times.
• ug303 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which ug303 bears no responsibility.
• Funds deposited into your Account must be used for wagering purposes. ug303 reserves the right to investigate and freeze Accounts suspected of depositing funds without genuine wagering intent.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Member's own name and matching the name on the ug303 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Processing times are typically within a few hours for e-wallet withdrawals and within one business day for bank transfers, subject to verification requirements.
• ug303 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding thresholds set at ug303's discretion.
• Bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Withdrawing before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of outstanding bonus balances.
• ug303 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, or Terms violations are suspected, pending investigation.

Bonuses & Promotions

ug303 offers various promotional incentives to Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus credits are subject to a minimum wagering turnover requirement before the bonus — and any winnings derived from it — may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in that promotion's individual terms page.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible Members aged 21 and over who have not previously breached these Terms. ug303 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless the terms of a specific promotion explicitly state otherwise, only one active bonus may be applied to an Account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while an existing bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of one or both bonuses.
• No Abuse: Bonus abuse — including but not limited to coordinated claiming, arbitrage strategies designed to extract value from promotional offers without genuine wagering intent, or the use of multiple Accounts to claim a single offer — is strictly prohibited and will result in Account closure and full forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Expiry: Bonus credits that are not used within the period specified in the applicable promotion's terms will expire and be removed from the Member's Account without compensation.
• Modification: ug303 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not retroactively affect bonuses already credited and actively being used by Members in good faith.

Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply to all wagering activity on the ug303 Platform. Product-specific rules (sportsbook, live casino, togel, slots, virtual sports, Sakong) are set out in the relevant product sections of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• All bets are placed at the Member's own risk. Once a wager is confirmed and accepted by ug303's system, it is final and binding except in circumstances where ug303 exercises its rights under these Terms to void a wager.
• ug303 reserves the right to void any wager placed on an event or market that was offered in error — including incorrect odds, incorrect market parameters, or technical malfunction — regardless of whether the wager has already been settled.
• For sportsbook markets: bandar bola (football betting) and mix parlay (accumulator) wagers are subject to the sportsbook-specific rules displayed on the sportsbook section of the Platform. ug303 follows internationally accepted rules for event outcomes including match abandonment, postponement, and walkover scenarios.
• Minimum and maximum wager amounts are set per product and per market and are displayed at the point of bet placement. These limits may be adjusted without notice based on account activity, event liquidity, or market conditions.
• ug303 reserves the right to limit or refuse any wager from any Member, at any time and without being required to provide a reason, where ug303 reasonably suspects irregular betting patterns or abuse.
• Winnings from settled wagers are credited to the Member's Account Balance promptly following event settlement. ug303 is not responsible for delays caused by data feed interruptions from third-party result providers.

Responsible Gaming

ug303 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable individuals. The following provisions reflect our obligations and your rights in this area:

• Age Restriction: ug303 enforces a strict 21+ age policy. Any Member found to be under 21 will have their Account closed immediately and all funds — including deposits — will be returned to the payment method used, net of any winnings generated during the period of underage access.
• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their Account settings. Once set, a deposit limit reduction takes effect immediately; an increase is subject to a cooling-off period determined by ug303's responsible gaming policy.
• Session Reminders: Members may activate session time reminders that will alert them after a specified period of continuous platform activity.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Members who wish to take a temporary break from betting may request a cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 months, during which their Account will be restricted from wagering activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who feel that gambling has become a problem may request indefinite self-exclusion by contacting ug303 support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion is processed within 24 hours of the request and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ug303 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Account Balance, and — where applicable — referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether personally or through a third party.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or the KYC process.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or any other financially illicit activity.
• Exploiting errors, technical malfunctions, or software vulnerabilities in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets, manipulate account balances, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other Members or any third party to influence the outcome of any bet or exploit promotional offers.
• Engaging in abuse — whether verbal, threatening, or discriminatory — directed at ug303 staff or other Members through any Platform communication channel.
• Attempting to access ug303's back-end systems, APIs, or databases without authorisation.
• Transferring Account credits or balances to another Member's Account by any means not explicitly provided by the Platform.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ug303 Platform — including but not limited to the ug303 brand name and logo, website design and layout, software code, text, graphics, images, game assets, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of ug303 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any ug303 intellectual property without express prior written consent.

Game content is licensed to ug303 by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. All rights in such content remain with the respective rights holders.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ug303 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to any Member for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform, even if ug303 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform availability, whether caused by maintenance, technical failure, force majeure, or any other circumstance beyond ug303's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from a Member's reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, market information, or promotional descriptions.
• Any loss arising from the actions of third-party payment providers, including delays, errors, or failures in the processing of deposits or withdrawals through BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, or any other payment method.
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of a Member's Account where such access results from the Member's own failure to maintain credential security.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ug303's liability for death or personal injury caused by ug303's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent that such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, ug303's total aggregate liability to a Member in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their ug303 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy

ug303's collection, use, storage, and protection of Member personal data is governed by the ug303 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at ug303.app/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

ug303 collects personal data — including name, date of birth, contact information, payment details, and betting history — for the purposes of account administration, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and service improvement. ug303 does not sell Member personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Amendments

ug303 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ug303 will notify Members via the email address registered on their Account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a reasonable period prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting ug303 support.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation — whether contractual or non-contractual — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ug303 is incorporated, as determined by ug303's current registration status.

In the event of any dispute between ug303 and a Member, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through ug303's internal complaints procedure. Members may submit a formal complaint to [email protected], and ug303 will endeavour to provide a substantive written response within five (5) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules. Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless the arbitral tribunal orders otherwise.

Nothing in this clause prevents ug303 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court where necessary to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or to prevent ongoing harm.
